"We got a 12-13% increase, which is a lot of zeros"
Today I'm going to introduce you to the story of Omari Mkrtchyan - a mentor, coach and executive in a large trading and manufacturing holding company.
Why did Omari join the Growth Tracking School? What were his goals? What came out of it?
Let's ask him directly:
"I manage project sales in a large holding. I came to Eugene's coaching program to gain additional skills and qualifications. This year I got a master's degree in psychology from the Higher School of Economics in Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Business Counseling.
The tools I got at the Growth Tracking School fit perfectly with the coaching practice I do.
As I joined the Growth Tracking School, I started practicing on real clients right away, I began to understand the value of Growth Tracking, to see how it works. I realized that I needed to study it deeper, and how it would benefit my clients.
At the start of the Growth Tracking School, I had 3 main goals:
1. Sign 4 new mentorship clients for $400/hr 2. Join an accelerator as a mentor to get more exposure to different businesses 3. Invest in networking to develop my skills and find valuable contacts
During my two months at the Growth Tracking School, I have signed four coaching clients and one Growth Tracking client contract.
Plus I am actively using Growth Tracking tools at my main job - in the holding.
This framework has helped significantly increase the sales volume. In just two months, we got a 12-13% increase, which is a lot of zeros. We started running faster and earning more - efficiency increased.
The bonus I earned from increased sales volume immediately paid off the Growth Tracking School course.
As for my coaching practice, I now have an additional tool - a new service - and as a result, my hourly rate has increased. Now I can use both coaching and Growth Tracking tools to bring more value to my clients and help them achieve their goals through different approaches or, on the contrary, combine them.
Now I continue to combine work in the holding company and consulting - tracking methodology is useful in both cases. The only problem is that I can only take a limited number of clients in private practice, so as not to lose quality and not to burn out.
I'd like to stay in this community and keep networking. These guys are so qualified, professional, and bright that if I can keep in touch, I would be truly happy.
If we talk about future plans - it's practice, practice and only practice. Working and building up skils", - said Omari.
So, during the Growth Tracking School Omari:
Increased sales volume in his current company by 12-13% in two months
Launched an additional service in private coaching practice
Increased his hourly rate by 50%
Signed his first Growth Tracking client
Returned his investment in the Growth Tracking School
