3 simple steps to improve your sales process

  1. Analyze your funnel or sales pipeline. 
  2. Do you have a CRM at all?
  3. Do you use it? Is there information on all the deals? 
  4. Are there any clients forgotten at the end of the funnel, ready to buy, just waiting for you to send an invoice? Send it! 
  5.  
  6. Look for the funnel step where the conversion drops or deals accumulate the most.
  7. This is where your problem is. 
  8. Focus on this step and fix it.

  10. Funnel steps are free! 
  11. Add more steps to your funnel to isolate the problem. 
  12. Break the step with the most deals into several smaller ones and look which one doesn't work right.
  13. You'll remove extra steps later to make it easier for the salespeople to follow your sales process.
