I mean, if you’re not ready for change, you’d rather close it down now than wait a few months or years till you have to do it anyway.
There’s always a problem in your business that you don’t want to face. It’s painful, uncomfortable.
It may be customer interviews.
Or firing a key employee.
Or an uncomfortable talk with a cofounder.
Or taxes.
Something that would require you to get out of your comfort zone.
Sometimes, it’s exactly the one problem that doesn’t allow you to grow.
Usually, you know what this problem is (if you don’t, DM me, I can help figure it out). But you do nothing about it.
The longer you wait, the bigger the problem grows. At one point, it’ll grow so big that you’ll have to face it and do something about it, if only it’s not too late. If it’s gonna be too late — you’ll have to close your business.
Better close it now and save all these months or years.
Or get out of your comfort zone and do something.
