A proven system to find the main bottleneck, focus on what matters, and unlock lasting business growth.
It was created by Eugene Kalinin and tested with more than 1,000 consultants, coaches, and entrepreneurs. With Growth Tracking, you don’t give advice — you build a process. Each week you define goals, run small experiments, and measure progress. This creates visible results for your clients and helps you keep them engaged for years, not months. For consultants, the methodology means two things: clear value and higher income. You can raise your fees 2–3x with confidence, turn first meetings into long-term contracts, and grow your practice while making a real impact on your clients’ businesses.

How to perform business diagnostics
This ebook is designed to be a daily read for your business growth. Each chapter will take 5-15 minutes to read.
To get the most value from the program, you'll need to find clients to practice on beforehand. It could be your current clients, your friends, anyone who wants to grow their business.

Diagnostic session is the core element of the Growth Tracking methodology.
It is where all the magic happens. You meet a client, you talk to them, you diagnose their business, help them get a clear picture of what's happening and what to focus on to make their business grow faster.
As a mentor, you need diagnostics to qualify a client and sell them. In the meantime, your client gets a real-time demo of what you're offering and decides whether it is valuable for them or not.
During these weeks we will go over the tools that will help your clients overcome typical constraints to business growth.
For example: Value Proposition, Customer Development, Solution Sales, Unit Economics, Traction Map and others.
This will give you flexibility as you will be able to help not only early-stage startup founders, but also seasoned entrepreneurs with their own growth challenges.
We get back to the diagnostic session, this time with all the tools you've learned.
You will see how big of a difference these tools make.
We will practice running diagnostic sessions with real entrepreneurs and Eugene will give practical feedback on those.
